From there, we will troubleshoot your system with a visual inspection, running a test of the system, and lastly, classify which parts have failed, as well as, which ones are meeting their end of useful product life.
After they have completed their assessment, our specialists will clarify which parts need to be replaced, why they need to be replaced, and give you an estimate for the cost to of repairs. And because we keep our service vehicles fully stocked, most air conditioning repairs in California can be done immediately.
Once the repair has been finalized, we will run the system again for safety, go over with you the
work that was performed, the warranty on the work performed, as well as answer any remaining questions you may have.
Hours of operation – no heat, no ac, no hot water
We understand that situations occur without any notice and that’s no reason to wait to receive assistance. There is an additional dispatch fee on top of our normal fee for service, but we’ll inform you of it when speaking to you so it won’t be a surprise after we’ve completed the work.
